Jun-Fa Wong

I came from a suburb city of Taipei, now I study history of science in Paris. Photo taking has been my daily practice since ten years ago when I was an apprentice of anthropology. The requirement of field work urged me to buy my first digital camera. Since then, camera is a practical tool to record what I have seen in the daily life.

I like the scenery of countryside and the nature which make me feeling restful, from Formosa island to France. The rice field, the cute insect, the mountain, the river and the farmers are all protagonists under my lens.

From the anthropological perspective, my photos are rather realistic than esthetic. I try to demonstrate the relation between the human and the nature.
